Holding Our Space in Yoga Class!
Season’s Greetings to All the Yogis out there!! I miss being with you in classes! Next week, Jan. 3, Monday at 10 a.m. Yoga with Weights will be holding your space! Or maybe you are a meditating Yogi, so Tuesday night is the class for you, Yoga and Meditation from 7:30-8:45 p.m. Thursday night, 7:30-8:30 p.m. we stay steady to user friendly asana flows. We learn these by heart to encourage healthy sitting, standing, walking, bending and even lying down. Whatever part of your practice you are thinking about, do it!! Maybe staring out the kitchen window and drawing your ribs back and down bringing the much needed relief to our “thinking shoulders”.
